What size filter do I need?

Your filter size is usually printed on your old filter's frame or can be measured (width × height × depth in inches). We also provide a sizing guide to help you measure correctly.

What if my filter doesn’t fit?

No problem. You’re covered by our Fit Right Guarantee. If it doesn’t fit, email returns@clairityfilters.com and ship the filter back to us. Then, we'll send you the correct size free of charge. We'll even assist you in remeasuring your filter to ensure a correct fit.

Do I have to remember to reorder filters?

Nope! Both Clairity subscriptions deliver automatically every 3 months.

I have an uncommon filter size that is not listed on the subscription page. How do I get my filters?
